What kind of session should I book?

ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS

First time clients and those who desire more time are encouraged to schedule 90 minute healing sessions. If you are unsure what type of healing you are in need of, please select a general 90 or 60 minute Energy Healing and we will discuss your needs together at the time of your session.

Our initial appointment will include a consultation, healing and suggestions for aftercare. If you are interested in a particular modality or style of session, please feel free to let me know in advance via email (jeffrey@higherheartshealing.com) after you book your appointment.

Crystal Bed SESSIONS

First timers and individuals with serious medical conditions are encouraged to start with 30 minute crystal bed sessions, working up to longer sessions as you feel ready. To discover the benefits of the Crystal Bed please click here.
