HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK WEEKEND WORKSHOP
In Celebration of Global Holotropic Breathwork Day!

Take a journey of deep exploration and self-discovery…

Nestled in the beautiful Pocono mountains of Bangor, PA, Kirkridge Retreat Center offers a peaceful setting for deep transformation and healing. Holotropic Breathwork™ is a powerful experiential process that utilizes enhanced breathing to specialized music sets, focused release body work, mandala drawing and group process.

With eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter an expanded state of awareness. This state activates the natural inner healing process of the breather, which guides the experience. Breathers work in pairs and are fully supported by their partner and certified facilitators.

In Holotropic Breathwork, the emphasis is on creating a safe space in which each breather can surrender fully to all the sensations, feelings, experiences and energy movement that can arise during the session. This work is of value to those interested in inner exploration, self-discovery, healing and spiritual awareness.

In addition to our Holotropic Breathwork workshop we will also offer one or two Integrative Healing Sound Baths to compliment the deep work we will be doing over the course of the weekend. This provides an opportunity for meditation and integration in a healing group setting. Sound Bath will feature symphonic gong, crystal bowls and other healing instruments.
