Join Jeffrey Warren, Stefanie Brinn, and Kristen Stefiuk for this beautiful collaborative experience designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

Stef will guide you through a deeply restorative yoga practice in her signature smooth and supportive style, helping you settle comfortably into each posture while releasing tension and inviting ease throughout the body.

As you rest, Jeffrey will create an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments, offering a soothing backdrop for deep relaxation and renewal.

Throughout the experience, Kristen and her team of Reiki practitioners will gently move through the room, offering Reiki to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being while you rest comfortably in your postures.

Whether you've been feeling stretched thin by the pace of summer or simply longing for an evening of quiet nourishment, this special gathering offers an opportunity to pause, receive, and return to a deeper sense of calm. Space is limited, and we expect this workshop to sell out.

WHAT TO BRING: We encourage you to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or other comfort items, though the studio will have mats and plenty of props available for your use.
