Please bring what you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session.. A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye-mask and water bottle are encouraged. You are also welcome to bring crystals and other sacred objects if you choose. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
