HEALING BREATH WORKSHOP
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18TH - 6PM TO 9PM (3 HRS)
Healing Breath is an active breathwork meditation that helps you to move beyond the ordinary patterns of the mind and assists in releasing stagnant energy and emotions, subconscious blocks, past traumas and difficulties. This ancient 3 part breathwork technique allows you to experience your inner energy and connect deeply to your own heart and inner wisdom.
These sessions can be deeply healing, restorative, energizing and highly illuminating, bringing clarity and new insights to situations that once seemed difficult. Let the energy of your own breath awaken you to your inner power and allow the life force energy within you to be activated and expressed.
We will begin with an opening circle, introduction to the work and instruction on the breath. From here we will move into the active breathwork meditation and finish with grounding, integration and a closing circle.
Each session is unique and we never know exactly what will emerge during the breathwork. For some the experience may be visual, while for others it may bring up somatic or emotional experiences. Sometimes past difficulties can emerge as they are being cleared and other-times the sessions are quite blissful. You are invited to come as exactly as you are. No prior experience is necessary. All are welcome.
