Access your inner healer through the power of your own breath. Part guided meditative journey, part wild and free personal exploration, Jeffrey will support you in exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness through the power of your own breath.

Discover healing, connection and transcendence. Group starts with an intro talk to introduce everybody to the approach before we move into an hour of breathwork with time after for grounding and integration.

We close the afternoon with an expressive journaling and drawing session followed by group sharing and a closing circle.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye-mask, water bottle and whatever else you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session.

Please note: this is not a Holotropic Breathwork workshop. This experience will be much different from the day long workshops I offer.
