Join us for Monday Morning Meditation and discover the serenity and silence within your own being. This group is designed for people who are new to meditation and looking to explore the benefits through education and practice.
Basic principles of meditation drawn from various traditions will be shared along with an eclectic mix of practices to keep us engaged and excited as we progress.

These supportive meditation sessions can help you access that deep silence within you and help to discover a new paradigm and deeper truth about what is possible for you, even if you think you “can’t meditate”!
Jeffrey supports the group with approaches that set them up for success by avoiding common misconceptions about what meditation is and how it is practiced.
Meditation has been used for centuries to help gain clarity, focus the mind, expand one’s consciousness and develop spiritually. Each session will be unique and allow participants to gain practical knowledge and have direct experience with meditation.
All levels of experience are welcome. Individuals who are experienced with meditation are invited to join us to discover new techniques and approaches to deepen your practice.

MY JOURNEY WITH MEDITATION
Jeffrey Warren began Transcendental Meditation in 2013, and received his first TM Advanced Technique in in 2016. He continues to study various forms of meditation and considers it foundational to improving the quality of his life and his presence in the world.
Jeffrey is an advanced healing arts practitioner and teacher who is deeply committed to personal discovery, spiritual growth, conscious evolution and transformation through meditation, music, energy therapy and breathwork.
