EQUINOX ENERGY EXPERIENCE AND SOUND HEALING JOURNEY

Join Jeffrey Warren for this dynamic sound healing journey within the Autumn Equinox Portal. Twice each year the energy of the earth finds itself in perfect equilibrium, offering us complete balance of lunar and solar energies. These special days provide potent windows for spiritual work, healing, elevation and advancement.

Mantra, energy meditations, gentle breathwork and a healing soundbath will support our group as we discover deeper states of  balance within ourselves and connect in to the powerful cosmic frequencies that are available to us now. 

You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga matt, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe.
