He is deeply committed to personal discovery, conscious evolution, and helping others reconnect with their innate potential.
Jeffrey offers personal sessions, workshops, retreats, and trainings designed to support individuals in shifting limiting beliefs, accessing deeper levels of awareness, and creating meaningful change in their lives.
With years of meditation and hands-on experience working with expanded states of consciousness, he guides others with clarity, presence, and a grounded approach. Jeffrey first certified as a ThetaHealing practitioner in 2018 and as an instructor in 2022 and has been teaching ever since.
