Holotropic Breathwork Retreat at Kripalu

  • Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health 57 Interlaken Road Stockbridge, MA 01262 United States (map)

Join Dr. Laurane McGlynn, Dr. Tom Francescott and Jeffrey Warren and experience the remarkable healing potential and therapeutic benefits of Holotropic Breathwork®.

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful experiential breathing process that allows for self-exploration and healing. With eyes closed, each person lays on a mat and uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter an expanded state of consciousness. This state activates the natural healing potential of the breather which guides the experience.

In this program, you will experience:

  • Four Holotropic Breathwork sessions (two as a breather/two as a sitter)

  • Forest bathing

  • Sound healing

  • Nature-based practices

  • Creating art altars in nature

  • An evening community fire gathering

  • Movie yoga.

Whether you are new to Holotropic Breathwork or highly experienced, this workshop is open to all and can help you reconnect with your own inner healing wisdom. This work is especially of value to those interested in inner exploration, self-discovery, connection to self and others and spiritual awareness. For anyone in a psychedelic-assisted therapy training program, this workshop may fulfill your requirement for practical experience sitting for others in expanded states of consciousness.
