Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe. Join us for a powerful, yet casual evening of connection, empowerment, healing sounds and vibrations.

Please bring your own yoga matts, meditation cushions, blankets, pillows, eyeshades or anything else that will make the session more comfortable for you. Participants will be laying down or sitting on the floor during the session.
