Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye-mask, water bottle and whatever else you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session. You are also welcome to bring crystals and other sacred objects if you choose. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
